Agfa HealthCare has announced the launch of its floor-mounted DX-D 400 suite, the newest member of the company’s extensive imaging portfolio. The DX-D 400 is both compact and versatile. It can be configured to meet specific workflow needs or budget constraints. Combined with either the latest Computed Radiography (CR) technology or with a cassette-sized DX-D Direct Radiography (DR) detector and the renowned NX workstation, the DX-D 400 offers state-of-the-art imaging technology at an affordable cost – without compromising functionality, performance or image quality. The DX-D 400 is ideal for imaging centers, private practices and hospitals that are interested in replacing or adding digital X-ray technology.
The DX-D 400 is a scalable solution offering options for tube capacity and generator size. It may be ordered with or without DR capability, allowing facilities to configure the X-ray room to meet their individual workflow and budgetary needs. Either way, it produces consistently clear, sharp images with multi-scale contrast detail enhancement provided by MUSICA2 software. The NX multi-modality workstation provides excellent connectivity with RIS and PACS.“With the launch of the DX-D 400 we are underscoring our commitment to providing a comprehensive imaging portfolio that really does ‘leave no image behind’,” explains Dirk Debusscher, Vice President Imaging at Agfa HealthCare.
